I’m Hikmat Budha, an educator, entrepreneur, and founder of multiple technical institutes in Nepal. I proudly represent the Sudurpaschim Province, Kanchanpur District, where I work with dedication to uplift the youth through skill-based education and entrepreneurial training.

I am the founder of:

• Dewal Technical Institute PVT. LTD (Main Branch)

• Dewal Institute of Technology

• RB Technical Institute PVT. LTD

• Beldani Institute of Technology

Through these institutions, I offer various professional and practical courses, including:

• Computer Courses: Basic, Diploma, PDICA, ADICA

• Hotel Management Courses: HDHM, DHM

• Enterprise Development Facilitator (EDF) Program

My mission is to empower students with modern skills, create job-ready individuals, and help build a stronger, self-reliant Nepal.
